Christmas Postcard 2015

Name:     Holiday Postcard 2015
Created:  Oct 2015
Swap:     Christmas Postcards

After spending several hours carving the 2014 stamp, I decided to use several smaller stamps carved throughout the year.
(As always, I keep the worst stamping for myself)

Christmas Postcards

I have created several Christmas Postcards over the years.
This one was an early carving on foam so it lacks detail.

Look! Color!

Name:     Crayola 64
Created:  March 2017
Swap:     -

I wanted to make a set of cards that could be used as a color reference for my Marvy Markers when choosing a color to use on a stamp.  I also wanted some quick cards to send in to Marjorie's Potpourri.   I wasn't planning on making the complete set, but mostly positive logs from people who have received them means I will continue to send them each month for awhile.

(The number is the Marvy number for each color and is only written on my set)

National Parks Centennial Poster

Name:     Centennial Poster - Glacier National Park
Created:  Aug 2016
Swap:     National Parks Centennial - Poster Art

This is a two-layer stamp.  First is green/blue then black.   There is nothing that needs to align perfectly so I made the stamp slightly oversized and then cut off the edges of each card to get a clean look.

I finally completed all 45 stamps and assembled one set of cards.  This winter I'll work on finishing a few more sets.

Pi Day 2017 Event

This is one of those rare non-LTC posts.

If you are attending my event, you probably want to print these images.

Photo Clues:

There is a stamp hidden within each of these photos.

Prepare for trouble! (Make it double)

To protect the world from devastation!
To unite all peoples within our nation!
To denounce the evils of truth and love!
To extend our reach to the stars above!
Jessie!                   James!

Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!
Surrender now, or prepare to fight!
Meowth! That's right!

Presidential LTC's (1-9)

For the past few months I've been working on a series of cards whenever I had some spare time and carving rubber.  So far I've carved 28 of the 45 Presidents, and created the first 18 cards.
These are being traded as I complete them and in sets of 9 cards.

Sets are made from one sheet so that the stripes align.
Singles are made from the extra paper along the edge and many have the stripe leaning the other way.
