I carved this stamp twice.  The first one only had three fingers!
When I swapped stamps during GAQLBE12 I was paired up with Red Bird from Nashville.  She sent me a stamp of the Ryman Auditorium and I hid it in a series with this stamp in July 2012.
She hid my stamp in a cemetery in north Nashville.   In February 2015, I was able to visit that spot and find my box!   I planted the second copy of this stamp in that same cemetery!

Zodiac Series (Part 2)

My first 'series' of LTC's.  I printed the backs of the cards in April 2012.  It's now three years later and I only have 10 cards complete.  These four cards were carved and stamped 2013-2015.  I hope to finish the series and post "Part 3" soon!

Each card has the main stamp and a tiny Zodiac symbol on a printed background.

This was my first card that wasn't just a stamp on paper.
The card is cut to 2.5x7 and folded. The fingerprint stamp is stamped on the inside and the (printed) image on the front of the card has a hole cut so it looks like you are looking through a magnifying glass. The light from the scanner shows a hint of the full fingerprint stamp.

I remember thinking how hard this carve was at the time. I had no idea how to carve hair. The hands took several tries to carve and are two separate stamps.

This was my second planned card but it wasn't finished for a few weeks.  Again I used a printed background and stamped over it.   This was my first of many Doctor Who cards!

LTC #247 - Frozen: Sven

A custom background. Stamped and colored, then textured with Snow-Tex.



This is one of the hardest backgrounds I've ever made.
1. Print image at the exact size you want (x2)
2. Stamp (x1)
3. Scan both
4. Outline the stamped area and delete. Select just inside the lines.
5. Copy the now blank area and paste into the blank copy of the photo
6. Print this as the card background
7. Stamp again and hope you can line it up and it fits!

LTC #1 - Mountain Biking Around "The World"

I first read about LTC's sometime in late 2011 but it wasn't until I saw the Blog Post by Ryan that I wanted to make my own.  My first card was something I quickly made using my signature stamp at that time.
